Overview of Position : The Lead Lift Operator is responsible for the overall operation and crew of 1 or more lifts in a supervisory role. A Lead Operator understands all of the roles and positions involved in running lifts including operation, loading, crowd control and maintenance, and delegates tasks to operators. This is a key position in assuring the safe operations of all lifts while maintaining a high level of guest service. Job Qualifications:
Must be a minimum age of 18.
Must be able to handle stressful, noisy, crowded and distracting situations.
Must be comfortable interacting with members and guests and team members in a friendly and helpful manner.
Must ensure policies and procedures are strictly followed.
Must be able to assist in the training of new operators.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Lift Operations.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs repetitively, ie; shoveling.

Record keeping
Lift Safety
Loading and Unloading Procedures
Emergency procedures
Care of buildings and equipment
Tactfully dealing with displeased or unruly guests
Ability to communicate professionally with radio protocol
Mechanical assessment and assistance
Trained to assist mechanics in the event of a 10-7
Capable of diagnosing issues and informing the mechanics before they arrive
Embodying “best practices” policies and instilling those concepts in the team
Ensure Operators at your lift are maintaining a professional and smooth operation throughout the day
Reporting operator assessments to the Supervisor
Acting in a position of respectable authority of the Lift team
Addressing shortcomings or successes of an individual operator with the help of the manager
Determine, assess, and correct issues before they become a problem
Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing premier products and experiences for our members and guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods. We expect all team members arrive for scheduled shifts on time and prepared to work regardless of inclement weather and time period.
