Overview of Position : This position is responsible for safely loading and unloading guests from lifts. A Lift Operator must understand all the activities involved in running a lift including operation, loading, crowd control and maintenance. This is a key position in assuring the safe operations of all lifts while maintaining a high level of customer service. Job Qualifications:
Must be a minimum age of 18.
Must be able to handle stressful, noisy, crowded and distracting situations.
Must be comfortable interacting with both guests and employees in a friendly and helpful manner.
Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs repetitively, ie; shoveling
Must be able to sustain adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time.

Lift operators are expected to perform the following duties:
Use and care of equipment and materials
Daily Set-up
Daily Clean – up
Troubleshooting
Safety standards and protocol
Lift Safety
Loading and Unloading Procedures
Emergency procedures
Ramp maintenance
Care of buildings and equipment
Greeting and assisting guests
Ability to communicate efficiently with use of radios and phones
Crowd control
Loading high volumes of guests efficiently
Corrals
Line control

Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier product and experience for our guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods. You are expected to arrive for your scheduled shifts on time and prepared to work regardless of inclement weather.
