Together with your team, you create the foundation for clear and well-informed decisionsIn this role, you will:Drive executive reporting to senior management and Boards, turning complex project data into clear insightsEnsure readiness for governance processes such as tollgates, decision forums and escalation pointsSupport through structured analysis, scenario development and recommendations and act as trusted partner to the CEO and senior stakeholders influencing direction and supporting decision-making at the highest levelCreate alignment across planning, cost, risk, scope and QHSE to provide a consistent project overviewDevelop and improve PMO processes, tools and ways of working throughout the project lifecycleBuild and lead a PMO team of approximately 10  colleagues with diverse professional background, fostering collaboration, clarity and continuous developmentThis is a unique opportunity to influence how a large and complex project is steered and executed – with direct impact on key decisions at executive level.
