We are looking for skilled office manager with residential construction office experience to handle the following:
Quickbooks payroll bi-weekly
Buildertrend scheduling updates and communications
Filing and organization
General financial communication with clients and subs
Time clock management in Buildertrend
This position requires proficiency and experience operating Quickbooks financial software, must have some experience with Buildertrend construction management and/ or be willing to learn. Must be willing to be in our office in Mills River. This position would not be full time but could work into that as we grow.
