The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.Conduct Management is responsible for front-line conduct operations, which includes the Ethics program, enterprise investigations, and operational reporting to support the company in conduct-related issues.JOB DUTIESWe have an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail and business operations experience to join the Conduct Operations Team as a Business Support Consultant.The Business Support Consultant will work as a part of a centralized enterprise support function within the Conduct Operations team of Conduct Management, completing intake activities for executive communications and the allegation management process. An important aspect of the role is the daily review, logging, and routing of written correspondence.Primary duties include: Reading written correspondence and correctly identifying important attributes in order to make accurate routing decisions, including escalating potentially sensitive or urgent matters to leadership Maintaining spreadsheets and/or databases with current and accurate information for tracking and reporting purposes Completing intake data entry and routing in the Enterprise Allegation Platform (EAP) Managing intake and routing within established service level agreements and/or in accordance with the terms of the Allegation Management Policy Sending communications, including acknowledgements and requests for additional information Consulting and collaborating with team members and business partners related to questions and/or concerns—this may be in writing or verbal Partnering with technical and/or analytics teams to ensure resolution to data or reporting issues which impact the functionThis is a fast-paced environment where adaptation to change is vital. In addition to the operational tasks, this role will provide support to help continuously improve existing processes, which may include: Creating, revising, and maintaining internal operational process guidance documentation Assisting with projects related to improving and enhancing workflow Assessing impacts of change and proposing solutions Reporting quality issues to management Supporting other Conduct Management projects/activities as neededRequired Qualifications:

3+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

1+ year of SharePoint experience
