Job Description Insight Global is hiring for a Customer Service Representative with strong attention to details; a desire to achieve exceptionally high service; and truly values our customers, products, and services for our business.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers. Provide guidance and assistance to customers within assigned regions as well as outside of assigned region as needed. Respond within stated SLA's and provide accurate information on all inquiries regarding pricing, orders, product availability, expedites and shipping information. Maintain and resolved cases / emails within Salesforce in a timely manner. Utilize Apollo Online & JD Edwards to review customer specific information as needed. Make sound decisions to maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefits. Display high standards of professional conduct at all times. Be a Strong Team Player in all aspects and displaying a Can Do, Let's Roll up Our Sleeves attitude at all times. Maintain a current library of reference material. Perform all duties as assigned and requested. Hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some remotelySkills and Requirements 1+ year of Customer Service experience Microsoft Office experience Job stability  Manufacturing experience or experience working within product support Manufacturing experience nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
