The OpportunityAt Ally, our Lead Product Manager drives the creation of the technical products that make Ally, Ally! Own the implementation of highly visible, user-facing features for our Account Opening team.

Collaborate with UX and technical teams to maximize efficiency, map between systems, and identify dependencies between products

Work alongside an agile team to plan releases, determine goals, and continually iterate on exciting products

Coordinate product testing and product approval from key stakeholders

Own your product and it’s end-to-end development, stay up to date on industry trends to ensure products maintain their competitive advantage

The Skills You Bring5+ years’ experience working on an agile team in a digital or financial services industry

Ability to lead a team and build relationships with key partners in other areas of Ally to deliver feature enhancements

Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions

Self-sufficiency and excitement for working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Organized and thoughtful approaches to problem solving; structures business problems clearly and effectively to create and evaluate potential solutions

Desire to work within a diverse group of people and passion for challenging the status quo

Strong work ethic and drive with an enthusiasm for owning your work and driving development
