About the Opportunity The Facilities Coordinator will report directly to Mosaic’s Facilities Manager and have the responsibility for responding to maintenance tickets with urgency regarding the prioritization necessary of each. This team member will continuously support clinic leaders and the Facilities Manager to schedule maintenance for items needed on-site and escalate higher-level instances as necessary. Responsibilities Ability to review work orders in Mosaic’s facilities ticketing system, coordinate, and dispatch appropriate vendors as necessary to resolve issues and complete repairs. Escalate business leader requests to Facilities Manager as necessary Establish strong relationships with clinic leadership and third-party vendors. Maintain high level of customer service to support Mosaic’s portfolio of clinics Strong attention to detail and time management skills to effectively prioritize your ever-changing work day Ability to work with and manipulate data from Mosaic’s systems Education, Experience and Skills
