It all begins with you.The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.This position will support programs established to manage risk and operational practices associated with internet domain names and unique internet technologies. This involves development and implementation of process enhancements and monitoring solutions to manage domain name use, program compliance, and reporting. The position provides business and technical consultation on internet domain name strategies, and supports a network of business domain coordinators to enable informed decisions about their internet presence. The position requires project and program management and strong analysis skills. The ability to see the big picture and translate business needs into technical DNS details is a must.Job responsibilities include:
Oversee Wells Fargo’s domain name program and ensure operational processes, program documentation and policies are in alignment with business strategies.
Provide domain name consultation support for business initiatives
Monitor against brand infringements
Establish effective dashboard reporting, metrics, and KRI’s on program activity
Primary locations listed in posting; may be open to other locations within the Wells Fargo footprint.Required Qualifications:
2+ years of implementation experience
3+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
