About this role :Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant who will support horizontal business management activities in Supply Chain Management.In this role, you will :

Oversee SharePoint Mgmt. activities for Supply chain Management: including permissions/access, regulating/auditing sites, domain expertise in management site content, site design.

Lead Records Mgmt activities as the Records Coordinator for Supply Chain Management: Lead activities within record retention process including controls/attestations, inventory audits, records education and other program mgt./delivery activities in alignment with the enterprise Records Management policy.

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.

Identify ways to streamline and remove non-value-added redundancy in existing processes.

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.

Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Management team and Supply Chain leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Influence, guide and lead less experienced Business Management staff within the groups in both the US and India.

Required Qualifications, US :

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualification :

SharePoint/Power BI/Power Aps./Power Automate experience/Building views in SharePoint.

Experience working across multiple functions and teams to accomplish common goals.

Experience building materials in support of training communications, and user readiness.

Experience with system testing and troubleshooting.

Change Management experience.

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Strong critical thinking skills.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.

Strong relationship management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Leadership/ Project Management experience.

Job Expectations:

Work hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

10% travel
