We are looking for a Lead Operations Analyst to join our team! As a Lead Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and supporting Mass Markets field operations including processes, standards, compliance testing and test equipment support. You will have an in-depth, working knowledge of field operations and industry standards with a practical understanding of roadblocks, issues, and limitations the field faces. This role involves continuously looking for ways to remove roadblocks through technology and lean principles in order to streamline processes, automate daily tasks, improve quality, and reduce cost.As a Lead Operations Analyst, your duties and responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain field processes for mass markets field operations.Support field technicians as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on topics including DSL, GPON, field testing, remote speed testing, bonding and grounding, mobile tools etc. Lead deployment of processes and programs impacting all of field operations. Communicate process changes throughout field operations including executive managementWork with other organizations to collaborate on improvements and develop new processesDevelop system integrations in conjunction with vendors and or partners in other organizations
