About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to lead digital acquisitions strategies for new savings customers. This is a new role within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) Growth Marketing organization, who are responsible for driving new customer and balance growth profitably via effective, integrated marketing strategies.This marketing strategy role will lead and partner with a cross-functional team across marketing execution, analytics, finance, product, etc. to identify and implement marketing strategies to profitability acquire new savings customers and grow deposits profitably. Additionally, this role will help develop, implement, and improve our performance reporting to help track our weekly production for major marketing activities to ensure we are meeting or exceeding our financial goals.This role is critical in helping CSBB deliver new customer growth and increasing our share of wallet across our footprint. The ideal candidate is highly quantitative, curious and collaborate with an innate performance mindset. This person must have a deep understanding of digital and branch channels, P&L management, and test & learn strategy.This is a high-visibility role, which offers lots of opportunity for creativity and innovation, while helping to deliver significant production at strong returns through effective marketing campaigns.In this role, you will:

Build, implement, and enhance our marketing performance reporting in partnership with marketing analytics, finance, and other key partners to ensure we are tracking against and will meet our financial goals.

Review campaign analytical results to make data-driven decisions to improve marketing performance, identify best practice learnings, and scalable ideas.

Manage monthly & annual budget planning process.

Package campaign learnings and present information in a way that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels of the organization.

Embrace test and learn campaign practices.

Act as a thought leader - present and discuss ideas to optimize and innovate our marketing.

Collaborate with channel owners, segment teams, analytics, and finance teams to increase scale and profitability across deposit growth strategies, particularly via paid and owned digital channels.

Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Performance marketing, financial/data analysis, or management consulting.

Performance Marketing experience with a focus customer acquisition through digital and branch channels or experience in Management consulting or Financial analysis.

Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data using Excel with a track record of developing business cases or analyzing financial data to derive insights.

Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.

Highly collaborative and can effectively lead a cross-functional team including both internal and external partners.

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Salary range is determined by location of the job.
