You’re especially interested in water and how to manage it within a landscape setting. You are a motivated, self-starter who has a great attitude, and is looking for a place to grow. Your experience makes you comfortable troubleshooting a variety of issues, on many different controllers. You are like us, and you want to make sure our clients receive the very best. You will make sure the work is completed with excellence, pride, and attention to detail.You understand that not all landscapes, or irrigation systems, are the same. Your experience has helped you learn the different water needs of a variety of landscape plants and types of turf grass. Irrigation work can be muddy: You’re not afraid to get dirty! You enjoy working with a crew, and sometimes solo, and are able to supervise, self-motivate, and lead by example while working with them.You enjoy communicating in a professional manner directly with customers on-site, and you follow through with customers and project managers. Customer complaints don't scare you, because you see them as an opportunity to make improvements and win customers loyalty. You follow up quickly with project managers to let them know issues have been taken care of.
