The Business Analyst will assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. They will be responsible to research, gather and synthesize information. There will be up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS travel.Here's what you need:

8+ years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5+ years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies

3+ years experience with:

Knowledge in intelligence support to special operations

writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products)

Utilizing basic computer applications and current SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development in support of operations

Utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development

Working with the current suite of all-source intelligence tools

Preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher

Must have or obtain a U.S. passport within 30 days of employment

Bonus points if you have:

Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience

Strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing and influencing the conduct of SIGINT operations

Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends

Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT Analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management

Security Clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
