In these roles you will get to be responsible for analyzing and providing recommendations for issues dealing with disciplines such as military command control and communications, electronic warfare, weapon systems, contingency operations, Military Tactics Techniques and Procedures (MTTP), force planning, and training exercises.What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate with user community representatives throughout all phases of development and analyze the conduct and results of operational user training, military maneuvers or simulated wartime operations undertaken to main the capabilities of a force.

Comparing, analyzing, and evaluating the relative merits of program designs and alternatives, applying emerging doctrine and tactics, whether detailed in formal doctrinal changes or emanating from Advanced Warfighting Experiments (AWEs), Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs), or Force XXI activities, to system design and development.

Assess the impact of programmatic and technical options on stated user requirements and doctrine and prepare reports and briefs summarizing support requirements, deficiencies, and investments for various programs and systems.

Plays a crucial role within a multidisciplinary team, dedicated to delivering Enterprise Architecture (EA) projects that align with the strategic objectives of the Special Operations Ecosystem.

Supports both mid- and long-term Enterprise and strategic C4 planning, working closely with the Government to identify and analyze mission capability gaps while providing critical insights and solutions.

Developing and assisting in data handling, including Big Data and other data processing needs across the Special Operations Information Environment (SIE) and additionally support DevSecOps in new developments and are responsible for ensuring close-out for each project in accordance with the PMBOK standards.

Provides cross functional support on an as needed / as requested basis.

At the Journeyman level, the Special Operations Analyst leverages expertise on multiple complex assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish the task. They operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions while contributing to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Finally, they supervise and provide direct technical guidance to Junior level staff.At the Senior level, - supervises and provides technical leadership to Journeymen and Junior-level staff. Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge within their area of expertise across assigned activities. Plan and lead major assignments, evaluate performance results and recommend major process changes, and function as a technical expert across processes. Participate in the Enterprise Ecosystem Teams.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
