Normal working hours for this position will be 1pm - 10pm Tuesday through Friday; Saturday 8am - 5pm.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction
Schedules and conducts phone interview with clients to obtain information to complete life insurance application (including detailed medical questions).
Maintains effective communication with producers, members of Underwriting, other business areas, and Sales organization.
Supports producers with any questions they have regarding forms/procedures/process.
Provides ongoing status updates on pending cases to producers and LFD Wholesalers.
Administrative Services
Reviews Tele-App tickets and obtains missing information, guides producer in correcting forms, verifies licensing, appointments, and registration
Packages application and accompanying forms to producers, along with directions for completion.
Training
Provides guidance and training to producers regarding products, changes, procedures, forms, state and federal regulations, underwriting requirements, and compliance issues.
Education
Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience
The ability to pass a Life Insurance Exam within 4 weeks of hire date. Required.
Experience
1-3+ years of experience in the life insurance industry or with similar work experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
You will be expected to work some evening and weekend hours as needed for scheduled customer calls.
A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
Drives performance targets to completion
