A well established, fast paced restaurant in Duck is looking for a Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager for the 2025 season.
These positions would require the individual to work closely and report to the Front of the House Manager.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
-Must have the ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts including holidays and weekends.
-Must have the ability to stand and walk at a steady pace for periods of up to 8 hours or more.
-Purchasing/Inventory: Responsible for weekly liquor orders and monitoring of beer and wine orders. Arranging pick up of liquor orders
-Daily drink specials: create daily bar specials and train staff to. properly prepare, sell and describe the special.
-Cleanliness: Keep all areas of the bar in a clean, orderly manner at all times. Adhere to health department guidelines and food preparation practices.
-Staffing and Scheduling: Provide a quality and well trained staff for the purpose of ensuring exceptional customer service.
-Responsible for providing an excellent experience for the guest.
