Duties

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor inventory levels and manage food cost controls to optimize profitability.
Handle cash management processes, including daily reconciliations and deposits.
Collaborate with culinary staff to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of culinary practices, kitchen management, and hospitality management principles.
Demonstrated ability in team management, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.
Experience in cash handling procedures and financial reporting within a restaurant setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
