Therapeutic Solutions is seeking a part time contractual Healthcare Marketing and Outreach Coordinator for growing therapy services across NC (10 hours per week with opportunity for growth if interested). Make your own schedule, do admin work remote and grow community partnerships! Occasional in person meetings. Must be local to participate in community outreach and engagement but can make own schedule!
Responsible for consistent community outreach and engagement
Responsible for consistently generating referrals and contract generation
Responsible for marketing KPIs and tracking
Educate patient/family, physicians, providers & care managers on services and resources
Responsible for social media management and posts and tracking
Responsible for website updates
Responsible for creation and dissemination of marketing materials
Communicate effectively with clients and all levels of personnel in a professional, courteous and effective manner using excellent customer service skills
Responsible for collaborating with office administrators in regards to developing and maintaining marketing materials by checking and replenishing inventory
Interact with referring providers
Establishes, develops and maintains relationships with current and prospective providers in the assigned territory/market to generate new business for the organization
Makes and responds to telephone calls as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18 per hour
Experience:
Health care marketing experience: Minimum of 3 years (preferably with NC mental health system)
Marketing: Minimum of 1 year
Education: Associates or Bachelor’s
