Top Producing Real Estate team looking for a full-time admin to assist buyer & seller clients through the contract to closing process. NC Real Estate license is preferred but not required.

Job description
Contact database management - Top Producer or Follow Up Boss CRM experience preferred. Ensure all systems and processes run efficiently, responsible for effectively communicating with team, clients, other agents and service providers throughout the closing process.
Entering listing information into MLS and other various real estate websites, delivering items to our listings, creating buyer and listing packets, creating and printing listing brochures (Publisher experience a plus), creating mailings and misc. marketing.
Scheduling home inspections, closing attorney, walkthroughs, etc. Updating MLS and all other marketing material to reflect any listing changes.
Setting up client appreciation events, creating weekly email newsletters, social media maintenance, weekly blog updates and other misc. admin duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be extremely organized to manage numerous details without errors, must have superior computer skills using e-mail, internet, Word, Publisher, etc. Must have a professional appearance and great phone skills. Must be creative and resourceful. Must have a passion for serving customers and being a team player. Must have reliable transportation.
PREFERENCES
Knowledge of the NC real estate process/forms/contracts, experience creating brochures, flyers, marketing materials and social media posts.
