Customer Service / Marketing Assistant wanted to join our team.
DryCorp is a small business with a fun and relaxed environment. This position will help with both B2B and B2C customers have the best possible experience with our company. Some job duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage incoming calls
- Manage Customer accounts and help with sales coordination
- Resolving product and service problems
- E-mail campaigns management and follow-up
- Help with Social Media campaigns
- Assist Sales Manager with Sales follow-up
- Assist Marketing Manager with Marketing campaigns
Some experience preferred but is not necessary, but an outgoing friendly personality is the most important.
