Description We are offering a role in the banking industry based in Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202-2749, United States. The job function is that of an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels Assist with organizing office events, meetings, and conferences Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Perform data entry and update records as needed Provide administrative support to other departments as required. Skills: Administrative Assistance Clerical Duties Microsoft 365 Enterprise Receptionist Duties Requirements Applicant must possess experience in Administrative Assistance. Knowledge of Clerical Duties is required. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise is necessary. Previous experience in Receptionist Duties is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in the banking industry is preferred. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in using office equipment including printers, fax machines, and phone systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative in improving administrative processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
