To be considered for this role, you will have 2+ years of Service Now Development experience supporting a large organization. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and management of a ServiceNow platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with business goals and requirements.Must be US person and have (or be eligible to obtain) a DoD Secret security clearance, with investigation date within the last five years and IA certifications at or above the level of Security+.Strong verbal and written communication skills, to include the ability to produce and deliver presentations and training on new capability implementations and system changes.What you will do· Working with business line stakeholders to develop clear requirements. · Collaborate with stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT teams, to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the product meets the unique needs of the organization.· Stay current on the ServiceNow Platform as new features and functionality is offered. · Work closely with ServiceNow Product Owner and Development Lead to prioritize features, user stories, defects, and incidents based on business value, regulatory priorities, and customer feedback, to ensure the development team has a well-defined and groomed backlog.· Perform QA on agile stories and work with UAT testers for story acceptance.· Collaborate with teams to ensure that stories are thoroughly tested and validated for compliance with standards and requirements. · Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.· Oversee the development of user training materials and support documentation.Qualifications· +2 years of experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow Platform· 2 years of relevant IT experience, or similar military experience· CompTIA Security+ or higher certification or ability to obtain one.· SECRET level or higher DOD security clearance or ability to obtain one.· Must be a US citizen.· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Desired but not required skills:· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator· ServiceNow Certified Business Process Analyst· Experience working in an Agile team· ITIL CertificationWe provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000.
