Our client, in the banking industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team.Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid)Pay Range: $50-75/hrWhat’s the Job?

Works closely with LOB clients to gather requirements and translate them into project requirements.

Assist with development and documentation of business requirements and detailed business specifications.

Assist with planning, coordination and evaluation of planning sessions to extract requirements.

Assist with Investigation, identification, and correction of root cause for data quality/data integrity/ reporting problems.

Work on identifying data issues, clean up opportunities and reporting solutions.

Conducts thorough analysis and testing to make sure clean up efforts are not overwritten.

What’s Needed?

4+ years of gathering business requirements which can then be translated into technical specifications.

Prior banking experience

Strong experience working with Stakeholders.

Agile / Scrum experience

Experience working with JIRA.

Manage a robust online reporting and tracking system, and work with departments to annually analyze faculty compensation based on departmental metric plans and SOM guidelines to match compensation against national benchmarks, internal metrics, and relevant performance measures. (20%) Apply business planning techniques and approaches to planning for potential initiatives and business opportunities, including market analysis and assessing the revenue potential. These opportunities span educational, research, and commercial ventures. Work closely with the Director for Strategic Business Initiatives to ensure plans are consistent with SOM strategic approaches and planning. (20%) Develop automated reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, and more tools. Offer data support to executive stakeholders, address escalations, and respond to inquiries. Execute analytical projects through statistical analysis. (10%) Collaborate with various departments and teams across campus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. Evaluate RPA candidates/processes, conduct end-user meetings, and coordinate with developers to design new workflows.
