Senior National Operations Manager - Legal VerticalFully Remote - Must reside in the MidwestPOSITION PROFILEResponsible for facilitating communications with strategic customers to ensure that expected and agreed to standards of performance are being met locally and nationally. Responsible for P&L reconciliation, strategic implementation, employee relations and customer relations for Legal account(s). Administers the implementation process and operational best practices by engaging the necessary resources and high levels of functional integration to ensure the attainment of all Service Level Agreements. Responsible for business retention through customer executive relationship, managing complex issues, contract adherence and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations within the law firm environment, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services.

Manage and govern contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.

Oversee HR activities within an outsourced environment, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the account.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing operations within a law firm environment.

Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively from day one.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Able to anticipate client needs and take initiative.

Flexible and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Works well in a team setting and fosters a positive work environment.
