Cleveland Auto Store LLC is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and F&I team. This unique role combines the excitement of sales with the financial acumen of F&I.
Minimum 1 year of previous automotive sales or F&I experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Identify customer needs and preferences
Demonstrate pre-owned vehicles and explain features and benefits
Build rapport with customers to establish trust
Negotiate and close deals
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
F&I:
Explain financing options and insurance products
Process financial paperwork accurately and efficiently
Calculate and present financing terms to customers
Complete deal paperwork and ensure compliance with regulations
Maximize dealership profitability through product sales
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of previous automotive sales or F&I experience
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Basic understanding of finance and insurance concepts
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
