Field Facing Service Professionals will handle incoming phone calls, if needed escalations and resolve concerns regarding various compensation inquiries for client's accounts.
Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
Functional support areas include client's Financial Advisor Compensation or financial related inquiries.
