This is a Temp to Hire for you. Pay is $20.00 to $23.00 an hour depending upon experience.
There is vacation pay and Holiday pay. The hours are 8am to 4:30pm There is not insurance.
You will need a car, a license. There is a background check and drug test.
You will need previous experience at an apartment complex, or similar. Experiences such as fixing toilets, sinks, doors, hinges, electrical outlets, reframing a window. Lifting may be 45lbs once in a while if you have to move something out of an apartment.
