This is a temp to hire for you.
The pay is $20.00 to $23.00 an hour depending on experience. There is an interview with client.

There is holiday and vacation pay. There is not insurance.
You will need experience at an apartment complex working with issues such as wiring, plumbing for sinks and toilets, fixing doors
and locks, taking out trash sometimes.
You will need a car and license. There is a background check and drug test as you will be entering apartments currently rented, so trust is important.
