PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs. Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution. Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs. General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds. Assist in snow removal as necessary. Work on a rotating on call schedule. Perform other duties as required.
