Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the Government industry, based in HAMILTON, Ohio. In this position, you will be part of a team working on a variety of projects, where your administrative and data entry skills will be crucial for efficient operations.Responsibilities: Execute data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity. Offer administrative support to the project team as required. Utilize your skills in data entry - numeric to ensure precise data handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project progression. Maintain clear and accurate records of project-related data. Respond to and resolve any project-related inquiries in a timely manner. Use your typing data entry skills to maintain project documentation. Monitor project progress and provide updates as necessary. Ensure compliance with government industry standards in all project activities. Utilize your administrative assistance skills to support the project team. Requirements Minimum of one year experience in a similar role within the government sector Proficiency in Data Entry and Numeric Data Entry tasks Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately Excellent typing skills, particularly in the context of data entry Previous experience providing administrative assistance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Knowledge of government processes and procedures would be advantageous Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
