The Divisional Quality Team is seeking a highly motivated individual that is looking for an opportunity to expand their knowledge around our business processes, quality management system, ISO, FSC and other Standards. This role will lead our internal and external audit processes and our Quality Planning and Management Review processes. The role will work across all functional departments and all manufacturing sites.  The role will become a trained super user and process owner for our Quality Management System, which enables ISO processes such as document control, training and corrective action. This position is classified as “Hybrid”; on site four days per week. The role reports to our Quality Director.Primary Responsibilities:Super user of our document control, training and corrective action ( IT) systemInvestigate and resolve system issues.Implement improvements in our IT system. Provide and optimize super-user support of our document control &  training IT system. Lead our internal and external audit processesPrepare the annual operating plan and monthly forecasting of compliance costs.Develop and implement service level agreements (SLA) with external suppliers.Develop and lead internal/external audit training processes. Manage internal audit and lead auditor training roster and expectationsDevelop and maintain internal audit schedule and back up datesBe a Lead Auditor and travel to sites to do internal audits and support external audits on site.Update and improve Divisional procedures and work instructions to address repeat audit findings.Serve as the Divisional document control, training and corrective action leaderBuild and implement new ISO procedures, work instructions and documents.Complete corrective action effectiveness reviews / auditsDrive step change improvement to the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process.Support all internal business functions/departments as they optimize their document control and QMS training processes.Lead portions of Quality Planning and Management Review
