The Wealth Management - Senior Associate Program Coordinator will have the following as a Scope of Role and Complexity. As part of a team, individual will participate in the development of design, have deep involvement in program structure, product development, and manage a book of work and service center tasks, timelines, risks, etc.As the Program Coordinator II you will possess strengths in project management, problem resolution, effective communication, product knowledge, and brokerage operations. The position requires flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt within a dynamic environment. Must be a highly energetic self-starter with a relentless focus on executionAs part of the Program Coordination team, this individual will be responsible for the following:

Program Coordination - Design, deep involvement in program structure, product development, managing a book of work and service center tasks, timelines, risks, etc

Delivery of major service center initiatives in partnership with the Front Office, Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology

The Program Coordination team will be brought into the various work streams and working sessions to capture and document our deliverables.

The Program Coordination team will be responsible to have a consistent approach to track the deliverables, timelines, status, risks, issues, etc

The Program Coordination team will be involved in all facets of the effort including but not limited to product/experience design, supporting business cases, UAT testing, partnering with WMA, training and communication to build out the necessary resources for the organization.

The Program Coordination team will be responsible to report out on program status to the Service Center leadership team and the Business Readiness team. This will include progress, key decisions, changes and escalations.

The Program Coordination team is responsible to make sure the interests of the service center teams are built into each effort and when things get cut, create awareness and accounting for the items we did not get in the delivery/release.

Job Responsibilities:

Define and analyze problem statements and translate into tangible solutions

Develop detailed operating model for business changes

Leverage understanding of client and advisor wealth management processes (front and back office)

Analyze and prioritize alternative solutions to drive results

Influence a cross functional, diverse environment to change status quo

Forge relationships and build a network throughout the firm

Maintain a positive attitude and act as team player while delivering on high priority, time sensitive initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3-5 years work experience

Strong analytical skill to be able to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity

Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills. Candidate must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading discussions/presenting

Ability to work independently, set priorities and deliver results (under tight time frames and pressure)

Action oriented with a focus on results and an innovative mindset

Ability to work well on a global integrated team

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel within Wealth Management

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 strongly preferred

Highly motivated, proactive and self-starter
