Description We are in search of an Office Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for various accounting and administrative duties, customer relations, and special project management.Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing payroll processes for the team Handling Accounts Payable and Mail Distribution functions Taking lead on special projects assigned by the partners Planning and executing company events such as Christmas parties and client appreciation initiatives Utilizing various software systems like ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, Dentrix Dental Software, and About Time for various tasks Managing Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Responding to and managing answering inbound calls from customers and partners Maintaining a seamless transition of duties during the change of personnel Ensuring a small amount of overtime work during tax season.
