A major focus of this role will be to drive the training and adoption effort of best practices for the NOAM Direct and AMO Business Segments. The candidate will deliver programs to internal SC’s and drive adoption of SuiteSuccess methodology and best practices in pre-sales. We are looking for an experienced pre-sales leader to join our growing team, who is looking to have an impact across all of our enablement programs and initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to mentor and share their skills and knowledge with other SC’s while also partnering closely with the internal sales and SC organization teams. Some travel to regions as needed to support on-going enablement programs may be required.Key Job Responsibilities:Support Lifecycle of our presales resources with Training and Coaching from Recruit to Hire, through Ramp to Go-Live, and On-Going enablement needs: Deliver engaging content with passion through various modes including LIVE virtual classroom settings, small groups and in person. Collaborate with subject matter experts, coordinate event logistics and foster and encourage group participation and communication. Provide consistency in the acquisition of SC knowledge of all core competencies by maintaining consistent ramp assets, providing neutral 3rd party observation and feedback, and collaborate with partner learners and stakeholders on individual action plans and coaching reinforcement. Share knowledge, best practices, and success stories by collaborating with the greater Sales Organization to understand potential gaps on the team with respect to knowledge, resources. Participate in the creation, updating and management of content and programs by collaborating with appropriate teams and subject matter experts to develop effective training assets and programs.Qualifications/Skills:· 3-5 years working for an enterprise software company· 2-5 years’ experience in an enablement role mentoring others· Experience in an enablement role mentoring others· Understanding of how software technology is used to solve business problems, with domain expertise in at least 1 or 2 industries (e.g., software, services, wholesale/distribution, etc.)· Exceptional presentation and communications skills; ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value· The ability to partner well with teams and drive projects forward is essential to the success of this role· Competency in current tools set (LMS experience, Oracle Tools including Articulate, OCE) is a plus· Bachelor’s Degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level· Travel approximately 10%Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesCreates courseware design, development, and deployment strategy for world class blended learning programs that are experiential, drive behavior change and increase performance within our global Sales business units. Develop learning curricula that align with learning and performance strategies. Manages the design and execution of junior staff creating courseware. Build and maintain valued relationship with key internal and external stakeholders. Develop assessment approaches that conform to global accreditation strategies and processes. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
