This position includes the regular trending and preparation of reports and statistical measures used for monitoring post market surveillance and post production information review activities, as part of the overall product vigilance. The Product Specialist will be supporting the Quality Control and Manufacturing teams. Day to day job duties will include: Running assays Working in LIASON XL operation Data entry Data review or product line Helping with complaint review when needed The position also incorporates overall product laboratory testing support and experimental design of complaint and complaint investigation testing. It also involves the testing and monitoring of external quality assessment schemes and commercial controls.
