System One has partnered with an excellent organization in the Tulsa area that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Duties will include reviewing customer orders, billing, participating in accounts receivable management, processing payments and other tasks related to revenue. This person will work closely with the accounts receivable team to ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Responsibilities:
Handling complex billing, many statements will have multiple line items
Performing data entry of accounts receivable
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure timely billing and collection of accounts receivable
Work with general ledger accounts
Reconciliation of accounts
Handling sales tax for accounts
Perform regular accounting activities, including general financial analysis
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field
QuickBooks experience
Familiarity with accounting software and databases
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Strong organizational and analytical skills: aptitude towards organizing, analyzing, and managing large amounts of financial data
Knowledge of accounting principles: Adept in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and associated financial rules and regulations
