Apply advanced knowledge and varied analytical techniques to solve complex problems and conduct extensive analyses.
Understand the interrelationship between different systems and component equipment.
Lead, facilitate, and coordinate work activities within the team, department, or across other corporate entities as needed.
Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, practices, standards, and rules.
Develop necessary inputs to forecast costs for routine projects, improvements, and requisitions.
Identify and resolve routine to moderately complex problems, often requiring further clarification before analysis can begin.
Recognize issues that go beyond the usual routine and seek innovative solutions.
Skills:
Coordinate the work of other engineers, ensuring effective and efficient collaboration.
Present complex technical information clearly to internal engineering groups.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Typically requires 2 or more years of related engineering experience.
Acceptable alternatives:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering (non-ABET), plus a Professional Engineers (PE) license in any state of the U.S. or
A Bachelor's degree in engineering (non-ABET) plus a Master's degree in engineering from a university with an ABET accredited Bachelor's program.
