Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is now seeking a full-time FOH Supervisor.
Job description:
-Construct weekly schedule for Front of House staff.
-Responsible for assigning FOH staff to various sections in the dining room and patio.
-Responsible for ensuring FOH staff are completing daily side work and closing duties.
-Supervises the physical appearance, comfort and cleanliness of the dining rooms. This includes wait stations, tables, booths, chairs, rugs, floors, light fixtures, temperature of the dining rooms, etc.
-Respond to all banquet and catering inquiries and help plan the events.
-Respond to social media reviews (Yelp!, Google, Trip Advisor and Facebook)
-Assist in orientation and training of new hires in all aspects of their positions.
-Reallocate labor to most efficiently utilize servers, bartenders and bussers.
-As a FOH Supervisor, you understand that running a dining room floor is like hosting a party. As part of the management team, we make sure our guests feel welcomed and wanted, have everything they need to be comfortable and are enjoying themselves. We serve elevated cowboy fare, including quality steaks, fish, all-natural grass-fed burgers from steers raised 2 miles away, locally sourced produce as well as vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.

Applicant cues:
-At least two years of Restaurant and Bar Management Experience
-Apt to have fun and smile, even during a busy rush
-Attention to the essential details of elevated service
-Diplomacy to correct your teammates while respecting them
-Absolutely dependable
-Contributes to a loyal, family culture
-Expected to work 40-45 hours a week
This position will have a schedule with 2 days off/week so you can enjoy beautiful Central Oregon.
One hour of paid-time-off is accrued for every 30 hours worked.
