Three Creeks Brewing is looking to add a Front of House Manager to our team! This is a working the floor as well as staff management role that is ultimately responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. This is an hourly position PLUS EARNED TIPS.
Responsibilities:
Hire, Train, schedule and manage FOH personnel
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of customer satisfaction at all times
Act as Host\Server\Bartender during the course of the work week
Ensure Company policies are up to date and enforced
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience Front of House Hospitality Managment
Proven ability to Host\Serve\Bartend
Experience with hiring, scheduling
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour PLUS TIPS
