Hiring full time office assistant for our construction company Paxton Pipe & Excavation Inc. Office is located in Christmas Valley Oregon. Hours are from 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday. Pay is DOE. We are willing to train the right person. Job includes managing social media, google ads, creating invoices and receiving payments, answering phone calls and getting relevant information from customers to pass along and calling customers back, light clean up in office, occasional outdoor yard cleanup for office, filling out permits for the county.
