This is a very part time job helping to manage a homeowner association. The skills needed are computer skills including word and excel, organizational skills, the ability to take and transcribe minutes and customer service. Probably 8 hours per month plus 3 hours additional every other month.
The company is small with the owner as the only employee at this point. We need a person to be the "thumb drive" and learn the company in case anything happens to the owner.
The hours are very flexible and mostly from home. There are 7 Board meeting to attend every-other month beginning in February.
