As an office manager/biller at Prelude, you will be a part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that cares deeply about our clients and our communities. In this role, you’ll oversee daily clinic operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our clinic. The office manager will also be responsible for insurance claims, billing and collection of payments and review of these processes with clients and their families. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment. Unique to Prelude, the biller/office manager will be trained for trauma-informed and eating disorder-aware interactions with clients. This position interacts closely with the business services director.
