Delivery Driver
We are a small, family-owned, organic, and fair-trade coffee company, and we are excited to be adding to our team! We have an immediate, full-time opening for a delivery driver. While primarily a delivery driver position, various other miscellaneous tasks will also be required. Must have a desire to work for a mission-driven company.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering coffee to local Eugene businesses
- Managing inventory at some accounts
- Placing accurate coffee orders
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues respectfully
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with your coworkers and our customers
- Bi-weekly or monthly out-of-town deliveries are required, with some overnights
- Caring for delivery vehicles
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Team player
- Detail-oriented
- Good with people
- Strong active listening skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Flexibility
- A good attitude!
Prior coffee experience is a plus, as is prior delivery experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, and Slack is also encouraged. Women are encouraged to apply!
