Are you passionate about coffee and interested in working in the world of roasting? Our established roasting company is seeking a part-time Coffee Roast Assistant and Delivery Driver. This position is perfect for someone with experience in coffee, roasting, and a strong work ethic.
Job Duties:
Assist with the coffee roasting process, managing 22lb batches from green bean to final roast.
Maintain consistency and quality across all batches.
Handle wholesale accounts, including taking orders, processing them, and delivering coffee to clients.
Follow established protocols and directions to ensure smooth operations.
Lift up to 40lbs as part of daily responsibilities.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting methods, and flavor profiles (preferred).
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Solid work history with reliable references.
Schedule & Compensation:
Hours: 25–30 hours per week.
Availability: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Pay: $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience.
