Grit, a restaurant focusing on food from our local farms, is hiring an experienced server to add to our crew.
Reliability and flexibility are essential, as is drive, commitment to delicious food, team orientation, good communication skills, patience, self discipline, food knowledge and ability to take direction.
Must have experience.
Must be able to stay on task and work independently.
Must have the ability to communicate with guests and co-workers in a respectful and articulate manner.
Must have interest in our food systems on a local, national and global level and the drive to learn about what we do.
Must be able to work in a restaurant where we change our menu daily and have the ability to keep up with the new items and inform our guests correctly.
Must be able to hustle, make quick and good decisions under pressure.
Must have or be able to obtain food handler's card and OLCC permit.
