Prospect Park Apartments is owned and operated by MCL Properties. It is located on 14 acres in the southwest hills of Eugene. This location has 131 units, 5 laundry rooms, a swimming pool, tennis court, playground and basketball court. Our 24-hour resident management team is located on-site.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager position at Prospect Park Apartments located in Eugene, OR. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks in the apartment complex. This includes performing regular inspections, responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all units are in good working order, as well as a variety of duties including grounds work, landscaping, cleaning, and general labor. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Assistant Managers are on-call and must answer phones 1-2 weekends per month. Required to live on-site in a 3-bedroom apartment included in your salary.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in apartment or building maintenance (preferred)
Knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks
Ability to troubleshoot and fix common maintenance issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent
