Administrative Broker Assistant

A locally-owned Real Estate company is looking for the right individual to fill the role of an Administrative Broker Assistant. The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to multitask, have excellent communication skills, and have experience in social media marketing. A strong eye for detail is required, as this role will include reviewing Real Estate contracts and forms.

Responsibilities:

-Handle and coordinate active calendars

-Schedule and confirm meetings

-Creating listings in the local MLS, preparing files in Skyslope, coordinating pre-listing house prep (hiring photographers, landscaping, etc).

-Preparing Showing Packets, scheduling showings, and nurturing real estate leads.

-Coordinating with the Transaction Coordinator on respective transactions.

-Conducting and/or planning bi-weekly real estate meetings.

-Assisting agents and staff with an array of tasks on an as-needed basis.

-Monitoring and maintaining stock of office supplies on an as-needed basis.

-Planning miscellaneous events throughout the year for agents.

-Keeping agents and staff up-to-date with various announcements and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

-Prior experience in Real Estate preferred

-Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

-Ability to multitask

-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

-Proficient in Canva

-Familiar with various social media platforms

Salary is negotiable based on experience. 401k and Health Insurance options available.
