Our firm is currently seeking a part time receptionist. This is a part time, 16-20 hours per week, in-office position during our firm’s regular business hours: 8:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Thursday, and Fridays 8:00am until 3:00pm.
You’ll have the flexibility to choose your hours so long as you work a 4-hour shift, excluding the noon hour. For example, 8:00am to 12:00pm Monday through Friday; 1:00pm to 5:00pm Monday through Friday; 9:00am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday would be acceptable.
Working Mondays would be required, Fridays are optional depending on whether you wanted 16 or 20 hours a week.
Pay is $15/hour DOE for 16-20 hours a week, no benefits.
Responsibilities:
Answering client and potential client calls
Scheduling consultations, performing client intake into CRM database, and calendaring events on the firm calendar
Performing conflict checks in firm CRM database
Taking consultation payments
Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills ensuring information is effectively conveyed
Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with coworkers
Fluent in Office suite and Adobe Acrobat software
Compensation:
$15.00/hr DOE
