Join our team at the Lane Rental Owners Association (ROA) as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant! ROA is a nonprofit organization that provides education, resources, and support to landlords and property managers in Lane County.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and Office Manager
Assist with member communications, event coordination, and educational materials
Manage phone calls, emails, and office visitors
Process financial transactions, memberships, and legal form fees
Maintain office organization and supplies
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience in administrative or executive support preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

The employee will be expected to work the hours necessary to meet the position requirements. Must be able to lift 25lbs.
Compensation Range: $16.00 to $19.00 Per Hour
Part-Time Position: Up To 30 Hours
